Cliff Brown, a native Newfoundlander, is an avid stamp collector, fisherman, and historian. While he and his wife Janice live in Mercer, PA, USA, they maintain a summer home in Port Rexton, Newfoundland. He is the creator of guides to Newfoundland stamps as well as the board game Newfoundlandia.
